Saving Money while Shopping for Christmas Gifts with Shopback!

Hey Mommas! Christmas is just around the corner, and we know how malls here in the Philippines are during this season, right? Good thing we could shop online so it's less hassle, and less tiring! I do love shopping online, however, some doesn't have sale, so it's a bummer! I love sale! Anything that would make me spend less that is! Haha!
Anyway, I've been hearing about Shopback from some friends and been seeing it online, so I tried it myself! It's basically a website wherein if you buy from your favorite online shop through it, you'll get some of your money back! Who doesn't like that, eh?! Just great for us mommas out there! We all know how tight we are with budgeting! Or am I the only one!?
So if you're planning on buying christmas gifts for your loved ones, definitely check out Shopback! You could choose from hundreds of shops from there! Now, let me share with you some of the stores you mstry to check out to buy gifts from, or even for yourself!

My Little Girl is Turning Two

In less than a month, my little girl is turning two! Oh how time flies, really. My little girl who used to cry whenever she sees other people, my little girl who used to be okay if she's just laying around doing nothing, my little girl who used to be so quiet, my little girl who doesn't cry much and only cries when she's hungry.

Now, yes, she's still shy around other people, but give her a good 15 mins or so and she'll be the kulit little girl we know! She wants to play, play, and play! Well, she's a kid after all, so that is totally fine with us. And now, she knows what she wants, and she cries if she didn't get it. It is a struggle for us, but I'm pretty sure as long as she's with Mama and Papa, she doesn't instantly get what she wants. Well, not if she's with the grandparents and titas... Oh well!

At this age of my little girl, she can count 1 to 10. Yey! I am just so happy when I heard her counting! With her ABCs, she can recognize some…

Vita Cubes Fun Day 2 at Active Fun

I was excited that I got invited to the Vita Cubes Fun Day 2 last Oct. 22nd (I know it's been too long already. Sorry!). I was able to attend last year's event held at Fun Ranch and it was awesome, so I'm pretty sure this time's Vita Cubes Day will be so much fun as well!

The time I got there with my little girl, they were playing games already. A lot of kids were having fun playing! A lot of activities for the kids and the parents, of course!
Vita Cubes are cube-shaped jelly candies filled with vitamins and minerals, so no need to worry, Mommas! ;) Vita Cubes contain lysine, zinc, vitamin A, B, C and E! I, myself, tend to get worried or rather, I don't let my little girl eat candies that much because we all know it's not healthy, but with Vita Cubes, I know my little girl will just be fine because as I've said, it's high in vitamins and minerals! ;)

Review: Skin Genie Apple Cider Vinegar Soap

As y'all Mommas know, I got the Skin Genie Apple Cider Vinegar soap from a few weeks ago. You may read my haul here. I didn't use it right away as I was still finishing my then facial cleanser. But of course I threw that out and tried on the Apple Cider Vinegar soap from Skin Genie because I just can't wait already! Haha

I haven't tried the actual Apple Cider Vinegar nor have smelled it so I just based my expectations from what I read on other blogs or forums regarding the actual Apple Cider Vinegar. And yes, they said it didn't smell  good so that made me think twice on whether I should use it or not. BUT, they also said that it did really help with the blemishes so of course, I had to use it right away! (Lol! Just how us, women, think right?! Lol)

When I opened it, I told myself that it wouldn't smell nice, and good luck na lang sa aking face! Lol! Well, apparently, it DIDN'T smell horrible. It smells good actually that it made me think if …

Food Review: Peperoni Pizzeria, Uptown Mall

So as I mentioned here, we went to Uptown Mall for our 2nd wedding anniversary, we played at Kidzoona and ate at Peperoni Pizzeria. And I said that I would review Peperoni Pizzeria because I fell in love with their food and crew. <3

Before anything else, I would like to commend their staff, good job to Peperoni Pizzeria for hiring friendly and accommodating staff! Two thumbs up!

Now, let me share with you why we chose this restaurant of all the restaurants in Uptown Mall. As I've said in the other post, a lot of restaurants are open already in the said mall. We were supposed to eat at Tim Ho Wan because I've been curious of the hype but we chose not because I thought we could eat there some other time. I saw Peperoni Pizzeria's ad on the ground floor just before we get in the mall, and it got me curious! Well played, Peperoni Pizzeria. Hehe

When we found it, I asked one of the crew by the door if there are available seats inside, apparently it was jam-packed as it was …

Tupperware Brands KIDS PLUS, MOM PLUS Review + BABY CARE PLUS Giveaway! [CLOSED]

Took me quite a while to share my thoughts about these Tupperware Brands - Baby Care Plus, Kids Plus, and Mom Plus as I've been trying on their Mom Plus Stretch mark cream.

So I received these products a couple of weeks back. I was excited and so was my little girl! I hurriedly smelled the Kids Plus shampoos, bath soap and cologne. I actually didn't like it at first because I thought it was too strong.
Look what came in the mail today! My little girl's excited and so is her momma! Thank you @tupperwarebrandsph 😘 A photo posted by Coi Contreras (@coifishh) on Sep 16, 2016 at 4:04am PDT
We later on tried it to my little girl, the shampoo and bath. It has quite a strong fruity smell from the bottle but when you poured it on your hand, it wasn't that strong. It was my husband who bathe Maco when we tried to use it for the first time. He said he liked it because with just one pump it covered my little girl's whole body already. It foams up pretty well, so if you'r…

Toddlers, Books, and ABC's

We used to have a schedule for my little girl's learning, I let her watch some educational videos for babies everyday in the morning and right after her nap. But then I thought I don't want to force her to watch if she doesn't want to. And so I stopped with it.

So now, I made these awesome flash cards for her! Those are what I use to teach her her ABC's. And we also have books that we read every now and then. I don't force her to get a book and we'll have some reading time though. I already arranged her book bin so whenever she wanted to read or rather look at the pages, she could easily do so.

So I arranged Maco's bin like that so she could see the books easily and choose what she wants to 'read' or rather 'look at' hehe 😉 Also planning to paint it white! Hmmm A photo posted by Coi Contreras Ibanez (@coifishh) on Jul 19, 2016 at 6:46pm PDT

Lately though I noticed that the little girl always get her pouch of flash cards and always tell me &…

Food Review: Kan Zhu Hand-Pulled Noodles, SM Hypermarket Pasig City

A couple of months ago, yes months, we had our little munchkin's check up while my MIL went grocery shopping. We met up with her after Maco's check up. I personally love the SM Hypermarket at Pasig, the one right across Tiendesitas! Just because their supermarket have clothing inside, and even furniture.

So after she was done grocery shopping, we ate at Kan Zhu. I thought it was the same with Zhu Kitchen, but apparently it wasn't.

I personally liked their interiors. Simple and clean.
It's noodles and beef were really soft and tender. And the sauce was really savory.
This was my husband's order. He didn't like it that much. As what my husband told me, he didn't like it because the seafood weren't fresh. The soup was nice, it was just the seafood.
This was new to their menu and it was my MIL's order. She didn't like it as much as well. I tasted a little of it, I think it was good but not as good as my order. Hehe! This tasted like Carbonara. It …
