Valentine's Day: Boyfriend/Girlfriend VS Couple WITH a Child

Oh hey there Mommas, even I can't believe it's already February! Oh yeah, "love month" as what they say is here!

I remember when my husband, Joshua, and I were just boyfriend-girlfriend, and we didn't have Maco yet..

Well, I really can't remember... HAHA! So I checked my Instagram and saw this!

So I'm pretty sure I had work on the 14th so we celebrated it on the 17th? Well, I myself ain't really a fan of Valentine's Day, we just went to Serendra and roam around, had some dinner. Nothing special, but I was with my special someone! Naks! Chos. And the year before that. I can't remember anymore. Though I think I had work that time, too!

Now that we're married. And have a child.

Well. Let's do a comparison, shall we?

We could go wherever though not whenever, because we need to ask for our parents permission and yeah, money. Not unless you have a job of course!

Of course we could go out of town if we want to, we're old enough and earn our own money. But, the child. Let's bring the child with us.

I'll have enough time for beauty rest for later's date, and have enough time to fix myself as well.

What is beauty rest? I'll just let my hair air dry and maybe a powder and lipstick would do!
If you don't have anyone to look after your child: The child would be the third wheel! Lol

Being young, we had all the energy even if I we didn't have enough sleep prior to our date, we could still stay up late and still have full of energy.

Personally I would rather stay at home, put on a good movie, have some pizza, nachos and some wine. Yup, I like my wine with nachos and pizza. And yes, look after the baby.

On a date: Looking at each other. Holding hands while waiting for the food. Laughing at each other's jokes.

On a date: "What do you think is Maco doing at home?" "Call home and ask if Maco's sleeping already"
On a date with the child: "Stop it, Maco!" "What are you doing, Maco?" "Don't play with your food, Maco"

Okay. I'm not saying I don't want Maco okay. I am so happy with my little girl, we in the family all are, if you can't tell with my posts! All I'm saying is that sometimes I miss it, you know. Being silent together with my man. Lol! I guess the reason why is that husband and I haven't been on a date, like real date, that it was just the 2 of us since our little munchkin came. Well, if you count going to the palengke that's just the 2 of us, then I guess we did went on a date. Haha!

Also, I'm not saying that all of us experienced all of these, these are based on my own experience and a little bit sense of humor. :) Little bit lang ha! HAHAHA

  1. What I did last night is put my children to playland and we had a date at a cafe just next to the playland. It works for all of us.

All that matters is you are surrounded with people that love you so it is Valentine's Day all year round
